Weekly Pool Service
Full-service weekly maintenance on a fixed route day. Includes brushing walls and tile line, vacuuming as needed, skimmer and pump basket emptying, filter pressure check, water testing for chlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, and salt, and chemical balancing. Equipment is visually inspected every visit and you get a text or email if anything's off. Same tech every week, never subcontracted. Priced per pool based on size and tree cover — call for a quote.
Every-other-week maintenance for pools with lighter bather loads or good filtration. Same brushing, vacuuming, skimmer and basket clearing, filter pressure check, water test, and chemical balancing as our weekly route — just at a slower cadence. Same tech every visit, never subcontracted. Best fit for smaller pools, screen-enclosed pools, or houses without heavy tree cover. If bi-weekly stops keeping up, we'll tell you and switch you back to weekly, no argument.
Diagnosis and repair on every major brand: Pentair, Hayward, Polaris, Jandy, Sta-Rite, Zodiac, Raypak. Pumps, motors, filters, valves, plumbing, timers, pressure switches, unions, and o-rings. The parts that fail first ride on our truck, so most repairs close in a single visit. We tell you what's worth fixing and what's worth replacing, with the actual cost difference in writing before any work starts.
New pump, filter, or valve installation on every major brand: Pentair, Hayward, Polaris, Jandy, Sta-Rite, Zodiac, Raypak. We size the new equipment to your pool's actual gallonage and flow, not the box the old unit came in. Includes plumbing modifications where needed, union rework, wiring cleanup, and start-up run to verify pressures and priming. Written quote before any purchase, so you know the equipment cost and the labor separately.
Gas heater and heat pump repair on Raypak, Pentair MasterTemp, Hayward Universal H-Series, and Jandy LXi and JXi. Common fixes: ignition control modules, pressure switches, gas valves, thermal regulators, heat exchangers. We also install replacement heaters and run new gas lines through licensed sub when needed. Cold pool the week before a party? We carry the most-failed parts and most repairs finish same day. Full replacement installs run 1 to 2 days.
Install, program, and repair pool automation: Pentair IntelliCenter and EasyTouch, Hayward OmniLogic and OmniHub, Jandy AquaLink and iAquaLink. We set up the app on your phone, label every relay, and walk you through schedules for pump speeds, heater, lights, and salt cell. Existing system glitching? Most issues trace to a failed actuator, a stuck relay, or a wifi gateway that needs reflashing, not a full board replacement. We diagnose before we sell.
Pressure testing of skimmer lines, main drain, return lines, and dedicated cleaner lines using calibrated pressure rigs and dye testing. Structural leaks at light niches, skimmer throats, and tile line are located and marked. We give you a written report with leak locations, photos, and a repair quote. Most leak-detection visits run 2 to 3 hours. Repair is separate and quoted after the leak is confirmed. No guesswork, no exploratory digging.
Cartridge filter cleans, DE filter teardowns, sand filter media changes. We pull every cartridge, hose them down to inspect, soak in filter degreaser if needed, replace torn or collapsed cartridges, and re-seal the manifold. Most South Bay residential filters need a deep clean every 4 to 6 months and full cartridge replacement every 2 to 3 years. We carry Pentair Clean & Clear, Hayward SwimClear, and Jandy CV cartridges on the truck.
Algae bloom recovery after a storm, vacation, or equipment failure. We test water and decide between a chemical clear (3 to 5 days) or a partial drain and refill if cyanuric acid is over 100 ppm. Includes shock dose, algaecide, filter run schedule, brush schedule, and daily or every-other-day check-ins until clear. Filter is cleaned at the end. South Bay green-pool recovery is priced per pool, depending on severity, filter condition, and chemistry state.
32 years on the same equipment pads, the same neighborhoods, often the same families. Dennis Petty still runs the company. Our techs aren't gig workers, they're W-2 employees who stick around. That's why your route doesn't get flipped every six months.

Licensed, insured, A+ rated
California Contractors License #971699 (good standing through 2028, classification C-53), full general liability and workers' comp insurance, BBB A+ profile rating without paid accreditation. Verify any of it before you hire us. Ask any other contractor to do the same.
03
Parts on the truck
We stock the parts that fail first, pump seals, capacitors, pressure switches, gas valve modules, salt cell flow switches, common o-rings and unions. Most repairs close in one visit instead of three trips and a week-long parts wait. Your pool isn't down for the weekend.
04
Residential only, South Bay only
We don't chase commercial accounts, HOA bids, or routes outside the South Bay. Smaller book of clients in San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, and Willow Glen means more attention per pool, not more pools per tech. It's why our customers stay 10, 20, 30 years.
How It Works
What to expect
01
You call or text
Reach Dennis or the office directly at (408) 323-8275. Tell us what's happening: weekly service quote, pump down, green water, heater out. We answer during business hours, no phone tree, no offshore call center.
02
On-site visit
For weekly service quotes, we come look at the pool, the equipment pad, and the tree cover before quoting. For repairs, we diagnose on-site with the right parts already on the truck. Most repair visits close the same day.
03
Written quote, your approval
You get the price in writing before any work begins. If we find something additional once we're in the equipment, we stop, call you, and quote that separately. No surprise charges on the final invoice, ever.
04
Work done right, in writing
Repairs come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Every invoice spells out what we did, what parts went in, and what the warranty covers. Save it, you'll have it when you need it.
05
Same tech, every visit after
If you sign up for weekly service, the tech who quoted you is the tech who shows up every week. Route notes on your property carry forward year over year. New techs don't relearn your pool from scratch.
